I've been playing with the brush a bit and I'm thinking of evolving my Much style into something a little grungier. I've been looking at a lot of Ronald Searle along with Bandes Dessinee artists like Didier Conrad and Franquin. I also went out and did a little life drawing in a nearby park. I really need to do that more often.

GREAT tree studies-those 3 artists u mention as inspiration are the best. Franquin is a big influence on the style & tone of the movie I'm storyboarding on here in Nice. 'A Monster In Paris'.
